Options of burial for your loved ones

We recently commemorated our deceased on All Saints' Day. Did you know that in our commune, in addition to cremation in Hamm and burial in the cemeteries of Ernster, Hostert and Senningen, you have other options for the burial of your deceased?
At the request of the deceased, the mayor can also authorise the scattering of ashes on a plot of land belonging to a private individual or hold a civil ceremony in memory of the deceased. Furthermore, since 2018, residents of the commune can also be buried in the forest cemetery in Roodt/Syre.
