Associations from the Commune of Niederanven can apply for financial support from the municipality every year. The rules and regulations for the subsidies can be found here.

The application form for the ordinary subsidy must be returned by 10 May 2024 at the latest, preferably electronically, to the e-mail address secretariat@niederanven.lu or to the municipal administration.
If you want to rent a hall or a special tool for your events, please use following link. Your request can only be processed at the town administration. Please make your request minimum 3 days in advance.

Use the following form to add your event to the calendar on the commune's website and/or on the outdoor LED screen.
You can also use the form to send us your flyer and/or your poster for the LED wall.
Please note the different formats:
- flyers: in A5/A4/A3 format in PDF, PNG or JPEG
- LED wall poster: 9:16 format (1080x1920 px)
If you are part of a local association, you can fill out this form to reserve the commune minibus. The date and times of availability will be coordinated with the Commune manager (phone: 26 34 70 21).
When reserving the vehicle, you undertake to return it in clean condition and to report to the manager any defect observed.
Please note that this request must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the start of the rental period, and that the driver must be at least 21 years old and have had a driving license for at least 2 years.
A copy of your driving licence must be handed in when you receive the key.
