Homes for young adults and senior residents in the commune of Niederanven
In response to housing challenges, the Commune of Niederanven is implementing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our young adults and seniors.
The aim is to help young people take their first steps in the housing market and to provide seniors with a suitable living environment, allowing them to continue living in the Commune. The Commune invites you to learn more about the available projects and the necessary steps to apply.
The project ,,Hei wunne bleiwen'' is aimed at two main groups of beneficiairies:
- Young adults (18–35 years old): access to a starter home in shared housing or for young couples.
- Seniors (65 years and older): access to an adapted home to continue living in a familiar environment.

Additionally, other solutions exist for individuals who do not meet these criteria, particularly through the Social Real Estate Agency (AIS). Currently, 20 housing units on the Commune’s territory are managed through AIS, and 22 additional units are under construction following this affordable rental model. Other affordable housing options are available via the Société Nationale des Habitations à Bon Marché (SNHBM) and the Fonds du Logement. More information is available at www.logement.public.lu.
